Lori was by far, the best thing that ever happened to me. I only knew her for about 12 years, but in that short time, I found her to be the most honest, decent, caring person, ever. She was my best friend, and an excellent mother, to her children. She loved people, and animals. I learned many things from Lori. She was a very intelligent lady. Life was very hard on Lori, but she always took the harshness with a smile. There were very few things that would bring her down. She was constantly in pain, because of her many illnesses, but she never complained. She always worked long, hard hours at her jobs, without so much as a simple "thank you" from her co-workers or employers. Yet she continued to always be the best employee at every job she ever had. She died alone, in a single car accident, just off a country road. If I could trade places with her, I would do so without hesitation. She was a far better person than I could hope to ever be. I will deeply, and painfully, miss her forever. I love you, Lori, more than is even possible. |
