Tragically
as the result of an automobile accident on Thursday January 27, 2005 in
Oshawa. Al is the beloved husband of Lucille McGill. Much loved
father of Albert McGill of Seattle, Washington, and Derrick McGill and
his wife Terry of Canton, ON. Al will be missed by his four legged
friend Mitzi.
At Al’s request
a private family service was held. Cremation. Memorial donations
to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Charity
of choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
Dear Ab, a
brother, an uncle and good friend will be greatly missed by his sister
Janet, and brothers, Joe, Dan and Jack.
He will also
be missed my many nieces and nephews, and many, many friends.
Dear Ab, you
will always remain in our hearts and thoughts.
| Gone But Not Forgotten
He was so
young, so pleasant,
Brilliant
eyes and dark brown hair,
WIth a
smile that won the hearts of all,
So full
of life and debonair.
His presence
seemed to light the place,
Like the
stars in the Heavens blues,
Each time
you'd meet this fine young man,
Your admiration
for him grew.
We miss
his presence in our home,
So much
fun we had together,
It is sad
to know, it is all over now,
A friendship
you would never sever.
To know
him was to love him
Full of
humour, but sincere,
We cherish
every memory
Of those
days when he was here.
He's gone
but not forgotten,
For we
think of him each day,
Heaven
may seem far in distance,
To us he's
only a prayer away.
Although
he's not with us in person,
He lives
in our memories,
God wanted
the best, so he called
Albert
to rest, In his Great Eternity. |
